Purpose of the Job: The Senior Manager Panel Management is accountable to provide central oversight and monitoring of performance against applicable service level agreements for all of RAF's panels of experts.
 
(Panels of experts refers to various service provider panels which may include Accident Investigators, Actuaries, Attorneys, Funeral Parlours, Legal Cost Consultants and Medical Experts)
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Oversee compliance and adherence to the various service level agreements.
  • Provide direction in the analysis of trends and reports.
  • Provide oversight responsibility in the development and implementation of panel management plans.
  • Develop strategic plans, processes and SOP's in all areas of panel and SLA management.
  • Direct and maintain stakeholder relations and facilitate on-going engagements with them to keep updated.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in the facilitation and coordination of on-going interactions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Human resources management.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience
  • NQF8 (Post graduate Diploma / Honours Degree/ Professional Qualification Degree) qualification in Law, Business Administration, Project Management, Stakeholder Management or related equivalent
  • 8 -10 years' experience in a service delivery and compliance environment of which 3 years must have been on a Management.

Conditions
This is a three (3) year employment contract.
 
Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R1 160 042.00 per annum, negotiable.
 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
