Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Team Lead, the successful incumbent will be responsible providing administrative duties, answering calls from both internal and external stakeholders. Attend to queries and provide information.
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Assist claimants with completing and correctly filling in the RAF claim forms.
  • Assist claimants with details of claims officer.
  • Attend to social media queries.
  • Attend to email queries.
  • Complete and correct claim information on the system.
  • Document administration.
  • Data capture.
  • Stakeholder relations.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 qualification.
  • Call Centre/ Help Desk qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant 2 years client service experience of which 6 months should have been in a similar environment.

Remuneration 
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R270 525.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.  

NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
