The Organisation requires the services of a qualified individual on a Three (3) Month Fixed Term Contract at its East London Regional Office for the position of:

Purpose of the Job: The Officer: Facilities is responsible to plan, control, co-ordinate, organize, lead, manage and implement facilities services in HO/Regions in a cost effective, efficient and effective manner ensuring a functional and safe working environment.
Key Performance Areas
- Maintain Inventory Control.
- Provide Asset Management.
- Provide Fleet Management.
- Provide Facilities Support.
- Human Resource Management.
- Policies and Procedures.
- Provide space and Parking Management.
- Contract administration
- Accounts payment on SAP.
- Monthly report.
- Provide support on Facilities Management project undertakings.
- Administer Insurance claims on all RAF properties at Head Office.
Qualifications and Experience
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Facilities Management or Logistics related qualification.
- Relevant 3 years' experience in asset, inventory and fleet management environment.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
Total cost to company of the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
