Purpose of the Job: The Officer: registration is accountable to ensure all new claims lodged are registered within prescribed time periods and to perform quality checks on registration assistants.
Key Performance Areas
- Registration of new and late claims.
- Ensuring accurate information is captured.
- Keeping registers of all claims registered.
- Opening file covers.
- Monitoring registration assistants.
- Duplicate claims and check.
- Attending to queries.
Required minimum education/training and work experience
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification.
- Relevant 3 years' experience in a claims environment.
- Office management experience.

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
