REPORTS TO: Senior Supply Chain Management Officer
Purpose: To receive and administer the receipt of goods procured for the GPL.
Responsibilities:
Goods Receipt and Delivery
- Signed delivery note or invoice
- Stamped and Signed Goods Receipt note, i.e. quality and quantity noted
- Completed registers, i.e. GRN, Finance Register, Expediting register
- Authorised GRN as per Delegations of Authority (DOA)
- Signed GRN copy
- Filed documents
- All items on GRIR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) are cleared
- Signed Revised Delivery note, i.e. returned goods

- External/internal Clients Liaison
- GPL Stakeholder Survey
- Customer Service Assessment
Risk Management
- Telephone usage in line with Telephone policy and SCM requirements

Qualification and Experience:
- Grade 12(Matric)
- A Certificate in procurement will be an advantage
- 1-3 year working experience in a goods receipt or relevant environment.
