Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Excellence and Governance, the successful incumbent will be responsible to facilitate and administer contracts and Service Level Agreements in the Road Accident Fund.
Key Performance Areas
- Maintain contract register by updating it for new contracts, amendments/ addendum and expired contracts.
- Coordinate the finalisation of contract among all relevant stakeholders.
- Timeous review of contract price adjustment.
- Facilitate extension of contracts within applicable threshold.
- Contract negotiations prior to contract finalisation.
- Collate all contract performance evaluation report from Business unit on quarterly basis.
- Continuous training of end users on policy and procedures in order to manage their expectations.
- Collate and consolidate contract weekly and monthly reports.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/ Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Commerce related qualification to discipline.
- Post Graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree/ Professional qualification Degree @ NQF Level 8 will be advantageous.
- Law Degree would be advantageous.
- Relevant 6 – 8 years' experience in a Supply Chain Environment of which 2 years must have been on a management/ supervisory level/ area of expertise.
- Experience in practicing Procurement Regulations as prescribed by the National Treasury/ PFMA/ PPPFA and BBBEE.

- PFMA.
- RAF Act.
- Knowledge of the PPPFA and Treasury Regulations.
Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R766 887.00 per annum, negotiable.
