Purpose of the Job: The manager panel management is accountable to provide central oversight monitoring, coordination, on panel management and stakeholder engagement for all of RAF's panels.
Key Performance Areas
· Manage compliance with the various service level agreements.
· Responsible for the development of panel management plans.
· Provide reports.
· Identify and propose process involvement in all areas of panel and SLA management.
· People Management.

Qualifications and Experience
· NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Law or related qualification.
· Additional qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Stakeholder Management will be advantageous.
· 6-8 years' experience in a claims environment of which 2 years must have been on management/supervisory level.

Remuneration: Total cost to company applicable to this position is a minimum of R766 887 .00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
