ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote the safe use of our roads.

Purpose of the Job: To provide information to accidents victims about the RAF and to originate their claims
Key Performance Areas
· Provide client interface with the Fund.
· Facilitate the processing and origination of claims.
· Ensure appropriate document/records Management.
· Facilitate Claims documents collection.
· Conduct preliminary assessment of merits.
· Stakeholder relations management.
Qualifications and Experience
· NQF Level 7(Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification to discipline.
· Basic course in Customer services will be an added advantage.
· Relevant 3 years minimum experience in claims environment.

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998 .00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
