The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa, to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner, and to actively promote safe use of our roads.

Purpose for the job: To provide information to accidents victims about RAF and originate their claims.
Key Performance Areas
- Provide Client interface of the Fund.
- Origination of claims, including visiting accident victims in their home visits
- Document Management
- Stakeholder relations management
- Interim assessments of merits and determination of accident victims in need of interim undertakings.
- Obtaining information to originate claims
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) related discipline.
- Relevant 3 years' experience in the claims environment.
- Basic course in Customer service will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is a minimum of R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in a manner that will suit their needs".
