The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads

Purpose of the Job: The Analyst HRIS is accountable to manage Human Capital information by analysing and conducting research for reporting and providing statistics for forecasting to enable effective decision making purposes. Data maintenance of the organisational structures, its related processes, policies and procedures of the organisation as a whole.

Qualifications and Experience
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification in information Technology
- Certification in ERP System.
- ITIL Certification will be highly advantageous
- TOGAF Certification will be highly advantageous
- SAP BI qualification will be highly advantageous
- Relevant 4 years' experience in a HRIS environment.
- Experience in HR Business processes
- Experience in reporting and data analysis
- Experience in project management
Technical and behavioural competencies required
- Good understanding of SAP HR and SAP BI systems
- Good knowledge of relevant legislations e.g. POPIA, Labour Relation Act, Basic Condition of Employment Act and Employment Equity Act
- General knowledge of HR Practices
- Good understanding and a sound and practical knowledge of RAF policies procedures and practices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent Verbal and non-verbal communication
- Excellent in MS Office suite (especially excel)

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R502 953.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
