The Road Accident Fund's mission is, to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads.
The Organisation requires the services of a qualified individual for the position of Administrative Assistant: File Closure based at Johannesburg Regional Office: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative support in the finalization of files.
Key Performance Areas
- Receiving and checking of claims files.
- Render office Administration.
- Perform data capturing.
- Maintain accurate record keeping.
- Compile statistics.
Qualifications & Experience
- NQF 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification.
- Office Administration Diploma will be an added advantage.
- Relevant 1 year experience in a claims environment.
- Personal mastery.
- Emotional wisdom.
- Ethics and governance.
- Customer orientation and customer focus.
- Drawing and filing of correspondence received.
- Collecting and delivering files to all relevant department.
- Copying of necessary documents and sending to relevant stake holders
- Computer literacy i.e.: MS Office package and RAF system.
- Be organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- Time and desk management
Remuneration
The total cost to company minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R185 338.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
