The Organisation requires the services of a qualified individual at its Cape Town Regional Office for the position of: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: ARCHIVE SERVICES (CAFS) T.A.S.K GRADE 06.

Purpose of the Job: To provide an effective and efficient Archive service to the RAF.
Key Performance Areas
- Perform Filing functions in Archive Services.
- Perform File Retrieval in Archive Services Auditing.
- Receipt and dispatching of files in Archive Service.
- Perform scanning/Auditing of all files in the Branch.
- Processing and sending off of Off-site files.
Required minimum education/training and work experience
- Appropriate Matric Certificate/Grade 12 @ NQF Level 4 or equivalent.
- Relevant 1 year experience in an administrative environment

- Knowledge of the RAF policies and procedures.
- Basic understanding of the RAF.
Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R185 338.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
