Primary Duties
- Daily updating of outgoing wayleave spreadsheet accurately.
- Compiling of wayleave pack for external stakeholders within upon the submission of request.
- Daily follow ups to external stakeholders regarding the progress of wayleave approval
- Daily submission of valid wayleave approvals to the Project Managers and Land Surveyors and notifying them of expiry date of wayleave approval.
- Daily update of the spreadsheet for any changes on outgoing wayleaves.
- Weekly submission of steering committee report Line Manager
- Bi-weekly submission of updated wayleave progress spreadsheet
- Daily record of outgoing wayleave information
- Daily submission of wayleave application approvals and general correspondence to archive
- Inspection of the following: Excavations, pipeline specials, pipe-line operations, concrete, brickwork, valve chamber and culvert construction
- Attend site meetings; liaise with consultants; conduct pipeline
- Dealing with applications i.e. incoming correspondence, checking, annotation of accompanying drawings
- Letters in reply stipulating Rand Water’s conditions for the protection of its services
- Issuing of Inspection Orders to Regional Superintendents – Bulk Water Supply, Central Depot
- Protect Rand Water’s interests in matters relating to Notice of Encroachments i.e. correspondence – follow-ups
- Provide Central and District Depots with information as and when required relating to work to be carried out near RW’s services
- Attend site meetings; liaise with internal stakeholders

Primary Duties

- Maintain course records by ensuring that attendance registers/post evaluation forms are completed by all, filing of records, capturing of records and ensuring that all information meets the quality assurance requirements of the relevant quality assurance body.
- Provide post initiative, project, event, etc administrative support by producing/distributing support/information/presentations/certificates to site employees/departments, assess and analyse feedback information. Capturing of information on the relevant systems and submitting feedback analyses to the HR Specialists/Officer/s on matters in time.

Primary Duties
