Key responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Supply Chain Management, the preferred candidate will be responsible for the following: • Overseeing all functions of the Supply Chain Management Unit • Assist in developing and improving/updating systems, policies and procedures in respect of Supply Chain Management. • Ensuring compliance with legislative prescripts and regulations. • Liaising with Internal and External Auditors to ensure institutional accountability on Supply Chain Management matters • Managing relationships with strategic suppliers to obtain procurement value and ensuring continuity in the supply of goods and services • Monitoring of all requests submitted through SAP including ad-hoc requests to ensure that they are finalized • Monitoring quotations and approving purchase orders on the SAP System • Monitor processes to enable that invoices are paid within 30 days • Giving guidance and training on Supply Chain Management requirements • Reporting on the general effectiveness of the implementation of Supply Chain Management • Providing administrative support and advise to Bid Committees and managing the administrative process of acquiring goods and services in the Office • Managing all activities pertaining to requests for proposals and bids • Providing support to the Senior Manager: Supply Chain Management and the Chief Financial Officer on Supply Chain Management matters • Managing the development of subordinates and their daily responsibilities.

Responsible for security related to all aspects of ICT. Responsible to maintain and support Information Technology server/network infrastructure, platforms and all business applications. Requirements:
A completed B.Com degree/ National Diploma in Accounting / Financial Accounting / Management Accounting / Internal Auditing / Auditing and must have passed Auditing/ Internal Auditing as a subject on a second year tertiary level. 3 years’ experience in conducting internal audits/auditing. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Understand the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards and implementation guides. Understand Knowledge of the IIA Standards and their application, Knowledge and understanding of internal audit systems and procedures, Understanding of corporate governance practices, Understanding of compliance and internal controls. Requirements:
Minimum of a 3 year qualification in Paralegal Studies (National Diploma in Legal Assistance) or a National Diploma in Law. A minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience in a customer service and Call Centre environment will be an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties:
The incumbents will handle all PPSA-related enquiries. Provide customer education. Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service. Sorting of complaints in terms of applicable legal provisions and legislations. Monitor and follow up on requests that have been escalated to programme and responsibility managers. Monitor and produce performance statistics and analyse statistics with a view to continuous improvement. Develop standards for prompt attendance and answering of calls. Organise a relief plan for all staff at all times when needed. Direct calls to the relevant officials to ensure that client needs are attended. Liaise with provincial offices of the Public Protector on customer queries.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to Manager: Management Accounting, the preferred candidate will be responsible for the following; • Assist with developing systems to assists PPSA to monitor and improve budget • Ensuring and monitoring compliance with procedures of all transactions that have financial implications across all business units within the Public Protector South Africa (PPSA) • Assist with the preparation of the budget for the organisation, MTEF, ENE and Adjustment budget • Liaise with Centre Managers and attend to queries relating to budget and expenditure matters • Monitor budget for all different projects administered by Provincial and Regional Offices • Facilitate the control and monitoring S&T claims by verifying and signing for correctness of calculations and tariffs • Capture detail budget in line item on SAP system • Confirm availability of funds on all requisitions received from all units in head office and provinces • Provide assistance to Managers on budget projections • Perform in year analysis and advice on expenditure trends and financial situations to different PPSA branches • Assist in allocation of annual budget to Divisions and Provinces • Ensure that expenditure incurred is in terms of the budget •Assists in preparation of financial reports, including the annual financial statements, for use by both internal as well as external stakeholders (and to co-ordinate and facilitate the completion of reports where required).
