Purpose of the role:

- An Honours/post-graduate Degree in Law, Commerce
- MCom/ LLM or a relevant equivalent master’s degree is advantageous
- 10 -15 years relevant compliance experience in the financial sector, with minimum 5 years in the investment management industry
- Minimum 3 – 5 experience in team leadership and People management
- FSCA approval as Compliance Officer for FAIS license Category I and II
- FSCA Regulatory Exams certificates (i.e. RE 1, RE 3 and RE 5)
- FIC registration as AML Officer is preferred
Duties:
- To provide strategic vision, leadership, and management of the Compliance department
- Responsible for the development of a compliance strategy for the Corporation and overseeing its implementation
- To develop, oversee and monitor the implementation of the compliance annual programme/ plan in accordance with statutory requirements and ensure its approval by relevant governance structures
- To be responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance of the Corporation and assisting the PIC, its employees and Board to comply with regulatory requirements as well as internal policies, procedures, and client mandates
- To monitor and review the PIC’s level of compliance with legislation, policies and client mandates and report findings to EXCO, Board and Regulators (where applicable)
- To liaise with Regulators and serve as their first port of call at the PIC
- Develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of the compliance charter, compliance framework, compliance policies and procedures
- Filling all reports as required by legislation to the Regulators in line with the obligations imposed on the PIC and the Head of Compliance/ Compliance Officer
- To manage and oversee the identification and interpretation of applicable external compliance requirements.
- To perform and monitor various duties as required by the various anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) regulatory requirements
- To manage the education of internal stakeholders on compliance requirements.
- To manage the analysis of possible regulatory compliance and mandate compliance threats/risks.
- To ensure business continuity in the Compliance Function and fulfilment of departmental needs.

Purpose of the role:
To act as a single point of contact in the provision of quality IT Support to internal customers and ensure that calls for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately within defined ITIL based practices.
Requirements:

Duties:
- Facilitate the provision of a single point of contact for IT Service Requests.
- Provide Customer support by providing adequate response time, provision of quality support, and incident and problem resolution agreed with the customer and in line with ITIL practices and approved internal IT Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
- Provide information to users by phone, e-mail, websites, or in person for technological services rendered by IT.
- Increase first- time fix rate at the service desk as workarounds can be deployed to increase the speed of service reduction.
- Record incidents, requests and problems and target the correct support resources and monitor calls against the defined service level agreements.
- Review tickets to ensure quality standards are maintained and provide feedback of calls monitored
- Conduct awareness of standards, systems and processes and facilitate improvement in the Service Desk area.
- Complete resolution of problems as underlining causes is identified and corrected
- Receiving, logging, assignment, categorisation and prioritization of calls, as well as timely closure of calls by support teams reported at the Service Desk.
- Providing first line support or initial diagnoses on incidents as per defined criteria.
- Primarily answer inbound calls and respond to user requests and incidents
- Identify and escalate incidents requiring urgent attention.
- Follow-up on calls and feedback to users.

Purpose of the role:
- To manage all IT assets (hardware and software) through their lifecycle to ensure that assets are used effectively and according to organizational policies.
- Perform the asset lifecycle from cradle to grave that is to Plan, Request, Procure (initiate and evaluate request for quotations), Receive and register and barcode, Deploy/Allocate/Move, retire and dispose IT Assets, Control inventory, Keep the IT Asset Register up to date, perform periodic IT Asset verification / auditing and IT Asset Reporting including the reporting of stolen IT workstations and finances (invoices, orders and payments).
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Information Technology (at NQF 6 level)
- ITIL certified (V3-V4) Practitioner / Intermediate
- 3 - 5 years relevant IT experience
- Knowledge of Service Management Tools

Duties:

- Coordinate IT assets verification processes.
- Monitor and record movement of all IT assets.
- Keep record and track all software license keys.
- Manage loaner pools of computer assets and computer losses.
- Facilitate and manage the configuration identification process, maintain adequate control mechanism over configuration items.
- Facilitate the periodical CI data integrity review of the current and historical configuration data
- Produce management reports on IT assets and Provide support to the IT teams on asset queries.
- Engage with Vendors / Service Providers and or Original Equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of workstations and printers for hardware repairs and procurement of computer hardware and software.
- Implement continuous technical improvement initiatives including technology refresh of IT End User equipment.
- Facilitate and manage the configuration identification process, maintain adequate control mechanism over configuration items.
- Manage the Mobile Devices lifecycle.
