OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
This role reports to the Debtors and Recovery Controller and is responsible for assisting the Debtors and Recovery unit with administration work. The role also contributes towards establishing policies and processes for collections and handling challenging client situations on overdue accounts.

This role reports to the Debtors and Recovery Controller and is responsible for assisting the Debtors and Recovery unit with administration work. The role also contributes towards establishing policies and processes for collections and handling challenging client situations on overdue accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma in Accounting/Finance (NQF level 6 or Equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of customer relations regulations and standards.
- An acceptable understanding of PPRA policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of legislation impacting PPRA.
- Good Interpersonal, communication and organising skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office package and SAP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse/investigate debtors account balances to ensure accuracy and validity
- Administer debt collection.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting customers to follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Compile monthly reports on debts recovered and forward to the Debtors and Recovery Controller.
- Identify all customer requirements and queries and resolve promptly.
- Attend to customer emails and telephonic enquiries.
- Provide support to all stakeholders on queries and amendments, as and when required.
- Enable customers to provide feedback on the service received.
- Share customer service feedback with team members to ensure continuous customer service improvement.
- Provide reception services as and when required.
REMUNERATION: Market related remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
TERM OF APPOINTMENT: Temporary
