Salary Range: R 209 300 – 290 800 P/A plus benefits

Job Description
Requirements: Degree/ National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Learning and Development, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent qualification. Coupled with least 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources environment. SAGE 300 People Certificates will be added advantage. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process
 
Essential criteria: Knowledge of HR legal framework. Knowledge of recruitment and selection process. Current HR practices. Knowledge of SAGE 300 System and MS Office Packages •In-depth knowledge of labour legislation (EE, LRA, etc), Codes of Good Practices and statutory regulations, Training and Development related Legislation and relevant Acts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (to all levels & personalities) • Excellent people/interpersonal skills.




​Key Performance Areas:
 Coordinate the recruitment and selection process by ensuring that a recruitment, selection and appointment process enables the organisation to source, select, appoint and place suitable qualified and best suited candidates for the advertised positions. Receiving and completion of the Recruitment Request form. Drafting of an advert and placing it. Receiving, listing, sifting of applications. Arrangement of short listing meeting.  Coordinate the interview process by inviting shortlisted candidates and panellists. Preparation of questions and interview pack for the panellist. Recording of the interview proceedings. Conduct verification and reference checks for the candidates. Compile a recommendations, letter of appointments and regret letters. Job Offers; Conduct a preliminary induction and completion of all appointment forms. Manage preliminary induction to welcome or introduce new employees to the organisation. Human Resource Policy: Provide support in the implementation, maintenance and execution of the organisation’s HR Strategy/Plan and Policies to ensure that all HR services are delivered within agreed and set standards. Ensure compliance with HR policies through workshops, providing advice and conduct audit. Human Capital General Administration: Conduct leave reconciliations. Implement termination procedures on termination of employees. Acknowledgement of resignation letter. Conduct exit interviews. Calculation of termination payments. Facilitation of the exit checklist Remuneration & Benefits: Provide administrative support on the remuneration and benefits system.  Administration of benefits (pension, medical aid). Draft correspondence to employees regarding changes to remuneration and benefits. Reporting: Generate and submit human resources (HR) periodic reports and statistics on an ongoing basis.
