All-Inclusive Salary R197 864 - R335 355
MIINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum NQF level 5 in Accounting
• Experience working as an intern or any capacity in an accounting environment
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Receive and check (stamped, signed & dated) invoices; Verify invoices for correctness, verification and approval (internal control); Verify processing of invoices (e.g. correctness of classification/budget code, etc.);
• File all payment vouchers according to the approved filing system with correct numbering;
• Receive and allocate salary advices;
• Process and ensure the processing of salary advices (e.g. check advices for correctness, capture salaries, bonuses, salary adjustments, capture all deductions etc.);
• Capture and file all payroll related documents;
• Verify all financial transactions captured; Clear suspense accounts; Record creditors;
• Verify and process the electronic banking transactions;
• Compile journals and verify the compilation of journals;
• Expenditure, payables and salary reconciliations;
• Assist with year-end processes e.g. asset verifications, financial statements.

Please note: The above-mentioned salary range is all-inclusive and the entry level is only negotiable if the incumbent’s current earning is above the entry level.
