All-Inclusive Salary R 349 693 - R561 331
MIINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• NQF level 6 / Three year diploma in Supply Chain Management or Accounting;
• 3 years’ experience in a supply chain management, accounting or auditing environment;
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Administer daily purchase requisitions from departments or end users;
• Compile tender documentation and post on the e-tender portal and in the government tender bulletin;
• Co-ordinate public opening of tenders, ensure tenders are registered and published on website per the supply chain management policy;
• Prepare response to internal and external audit queries;
• Source procurement requirements from departments;
• Compile procurement reports;
• Act as team leader of stock taking team;
• Oversee the compliance to GRAP 12;
• Monitor and perform monthly stock and sales reconciliations for the bar;
• Monitor and perform monthly stock issues reconciliations for repairs and maintenance.

Please note: The above-mentioned salary range is all-inclusive and the entry level is only negotiable if the incumbent’s current earning is above the entry level. Further note that this position does not qualify for overtime pay.
