HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
All-Inclusive Salary R 571 604 – R 850 503
MIINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum NQF level 7 / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Labour Law
• At least 3 years’ experience in an HR environment where generalist and labour experience has been obtained
• HR Management experience will be an added advantage
• Proven track record in handling disciplinary hearings and CCMA matters.
• Valid drivers’ license.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Develop an HR strategy that supports the strategic plan of the institution;
• Coordinate and lead the implementation of the Performance Management System;
• Consulting employees with overt or covert issues that affect the employment relationship and their work performance;
• Develop or review HR related policies and procedures;
• Implement a staff wellness programme;
• Manage Recruitment & Selection processes
• Develop and implement staff induction programme
• Responsible for successful negotiations with labour unions;
• Coordinate internal disciplinary hearings and cases referred to the CCMA/Labour Court.
• Development of workplace skills plan

Please note: The above-mentioned salary range is all-inclusive and the entry level is only negotiable if the incumbent’s current earning is above the entry level.
