All-Inclusive Salary R197 864 - R335 355
MIINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum NQF level 5 in any field relevant to the artistic environment
• Any work experience. Experience in the arts industry will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy and typing skills
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Record, organise, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data in the Directorate
• Update registers and statistics;
• Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required;
• Keep and maintain the filing system for the Directorate;
• Type letters and/or other correspondence when required;
• Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the department;
• Develop submissions for approval of productions;
• Develop payment requests for artists and productions;;
• Keep and maintain records for artists and production payments
• Maintain a leave register for the Directorate;
• Keep and maintain the attendance register of the Directorate.
• Receive and check correctness of subsistence and travel claims of departmental officials and submit to relevant manager/authority for approval;
• Monitor the Directorate’s budget performance;
• Compile simple monthly budget and expenditure reports for each section of the Directorate;
• Compile and keep the Directorate’s means of verification (portfolio of evidence) files for performance reporting.

Please note: The above-mentioned salary range is all-inclusive and the entry level is only negotiable if the incumbent’s current earning is above the entry level.
