ACCOUNTING CLERK - MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING
All-Inclusive Salary R197 864 - R335 355
MIINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum NQF level 5 in Accounting
• Experience working as an intern or any capacity in an accounting environment
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Collect or receive and record cash from ticket sales and bar sales;
• Perform periodic stock counts of the bar stock;
• Record monthly bar stock movement;
• Perform ticket sales and SAMBA reconciliations;
• Create filing system for relevant documentation;
• Assist the income accountant with cash counts;
• Collect and capture employee phone record bills;
• Verify all financial transactions captured;
• Clear suspense accounts;
• Record debtors;
• Verify and process the electronic banking transactions;
• Compile journals and verify the compilation of journals;
• Prepare bank reconciliations;
• Assist with year-end processes e.g. financial statements preparation, audit support etc.
• Provide support in budget preparation, monitoring and budget availability confirmations;
• Provide any relevant functions as may be assigned.

Please note: The above-mentioned salary range is all-inclusive and the entry level is only negotiable if the incumbent’s current earning is above the entry level.
