Responsibilities
  • Beverages Strategy Implementation for multiple countries
  • Assist with the development of long term Brand Insight & Strategies
  • Lead brand and land brand promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture with bottlers and their agencies to achieve the overall business and brand goals.

  • Manages the innovation / renovation process for Beverages

Qualifications
  • Bachelors’ degree and relevant experience in FMCG

  • Support the CF Benefit submissions during quarterly forecasts and AOP. Prepare and
  • Consolidate the AMESA CF Benefit Report for Directs & Indirects and BU wise, liaise
  • with BU GP teams to ensure the Payment Terms changes are reflecting in SAP
  • Liaise with BUs to ensure quality and timely quarterly forecast and Annual Operating
  • Plan (AOP) submissions
  • Work with Tableau team to maintain accurate data on Tableau Productivity dashboard
  • Help drive Cockpit adoption within the Procurement Community
  • Ensure correct & timely submission of monthly Coverage & Sensitivity report to the Sector Procurement Team
  • Monitor and analyze playbook compliance (Commodity Costs, process) and risk assessment. Be the control owner of the SOX control for playbook volumes.
  • Review CRM consolidated data before submission to Corporate
  • Support the Automation/ Simplification agenda within the Procurement Finance space
  • Support in expanding GBS scope
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting. CPA, CA and MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience, with exposure to financial planning and financial analysis
  • Ability to operate in demanding environment with quick turnaround on deliverables
  • Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams & cross-function processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.

Job Description
Overview
Main purpose: This role is in charge of identifying, prioritizing, building, delivering, and managing data analytics for the IPEX team at PepsiCo. As a member of the IPEX Insight & Automation team the individual partners with various teams at PepsiCo to deliver the control analytics (e.g., Enterprise Solutions Control Governance, SOD Controls Governance, Control Insights & Automation, SAP Functional Process Services, SAP Security Governance and vendor sustain teams) to provide accurate and timely visibility of risk exposure for informed decision making and controls effectiveness monitoring by control owners. This primarily includes building analytics for risks in SAP GRC system, transactional analysis, automation of manual analytics/controls, PepsiCo Global Template and Go-To-Market Transformation.  The role will also have exposure to the developing topic of automation technologies used by PepsiCo Controls.
 
Responsibilities
Accountability:
  • Drive Analytics opportunity assessment and value realization – Decision, Execute
  • Work with IPEX Process Transformation, Risk Internal Controls & Business teams to conduct analytics opportunity assessment sessions and identify potential value.
  • Analyze and assess analytics feasibility, translating business requirements into technical designs
  • Design/build/test/deploy analytics utilizing SAP HANA and build analytic/visualization output in Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx/ Tellius
  • Create analytic procedures, data transformation, and analysis methods
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies within processes by suggesting new and innovative ways to leverage technology
  • Work with business partners to identify analytic opportunities
  • Leverage leading best practices to build analytics and share with cross functional teams
  • Partner with Control Insights & Automation team to drive common governance standards, policies and procedures, etc.
  • Train end users on how to use the analytics and understanding of data
  • Manage projects related to the expansion of automation technology use in Support planning and prioritization of deliverables along with managing stakeholder expectation.
  • Work independently but also function well within a team of developers to drive cross functional learning, development and sharing of leading practices – Execute, Consult
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, both business users and technical resources
  • Participate in strategy development sessions with manager.
  • Collaborate with technical architect & development team to solution Analytics & automations
  • Participate in reporting automation, optimization, and other projects related to analytics and reporting
  • Provide status and escalate issues to supervisor

  • Work with business partners to understand areas for improvement and document those opportunities
  • Continuous assessment of analytics standards and governance processes, enahce them in compliance with PepsiCo’s control framework
  • Identify opportunities for replication and reusability of existing logics & technology to drive additional organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other members of the Global Virtual Team to create comprehensive documentation in accordance with published standards

Qualifications
Key skill /Experience Required
  • Deep understanding of SAP technical/functional design, IT, risk, controls, and segregation of duties
  • Expert level data analytics knowledge required withbroader understanding of business processes, financial Analysis and Controls.
  • Advanced analytics experience which includes ability to work with macros, formulas, big data and building analytic procedures in SQL, SAP HANA XSA, R programming.
  • Experience of design and implementation of SAP compliance and reporting tools
  • Experience with Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx), presenting large dashboards and KPIs.
  • Client and delivery orientated along with leadership experience to lead a team of global developers
  • Ability to manage complexity and work independently with large amounts of information
  • Higher education degree; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, business or related field
  • Cross-functional business and application knowledge
  • Ability to create proper functional/ business requirements, document process flows and detailed specifications
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
  • Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management
  • Well versed with lean Six Sigma, Agile and other project methodogies

Qualifications
