JOB ANALYST (FIXED TERM CONTRACT OF 12 MONTHS)
SALARY GROUP: Junior Official
LOCATION: Corporate Office (Umjantshi House)
DEPARTMENT: Human Capital Management

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To render job analysis and evaluation services.
OUTPUTS:
Conduct job profiling and evaluation
• Peruse and understand the organisation /business strategies, functional/departmental strategies, plans, process, structures etc.
• Coordinate site visits and job analysis sessions/interviews.
• Conduct job analysis/analyse jobs and positions.
• Draft job profiles.
• Provide advice and guidance on principles of job profiling and grading, overlapping /duplicating functions etc.
• Grade jobs and positions.
• Prevent grading results.
• Liaise with incumbents and line managers.
• Perform administration functions like indicating grades on vacancy requisition forms and communicating grading outcome.
Reporting
• Report on job profiles and grading
• Maintain job profiles and grades database.

• Project Management Principles
• Proficiency in MS Office
• HCM Principles and practices
