OUTPUTS:
Group Performance Programme Management
• To lead the annual planning cycle for the PRASA Performance Plan across the business through strategic measurement models and templates that meet Treasury and PFMA requirements
• To influence business plans and performance plans of PRASA divisions and subsidiaries to meet the requirements of the PRASA strategy and Treasury performance requirements.
• To lead the design and implementation of performance dashboards and indicators in line with the Framework for Programme Performance Information of National Treasury
• To review the PRASA performance framework of measures, systems and procedures to define the monitoring, evaluation and reporting against the Shareholder compact and strategic objectives
• Lead the year-end compilation of the annual performance report for AGSA audit as per requirements of the PFMA following governance processes and ensure submission to the AGSA, Department of Transport and Treasury.
• Lead and manage the organisational performance reports - Monthly (internally) and quarterly (Board of Control, Shareholder and National Treasury)
• Evaluate performance information for consistency, accuracy and validity to ensure credibility and reliability of PRASA performance reports and communication.
International and National Benchmarking
• To develop and implement the benchmarking strategy starting with the Metrorail business and associated entities CRES and Technical (Investment)
• Lead and manage the international benchmarking group membership and contributions to benchmarking making effective use of subordinates, different departments, and entities in PRASA and understand how to use these resources to effectively execute the plan and achieve results.
• Lead the development and implementation of the localisation of the benchmarking to the regions of Gauteng, KZN and Eastern Cape for a national view of the benchmarking.
• To manage the confidentiality requirements of the membership to the International Benchmarking Group.
Key Stakeholder Management
• Lead the implementation of the Shareholder Compact with appointed Senior Management representatives of the entities and departments.
• Recommend corrective actions and monitor actions taken by entities for improvements.
Maintain Relationships
• To liaise and maintain sound relationships with National Department of Transport, National Treasury and Auditor General on Audit of
Predetermined Objectives
• To maintain sound working relationship with Executives, Senior Management for efficient and effective delivery of key outcomes for strategy
and PRASA performance.
• To manage contact directly with the DOT in matters of quarterly reporting, information requirements of the DOT, DOT performance

Mission
To provide complete, relevant and accurate Divisional Financial Statements and meaningful financial analysis to the business in order to support business decision making within PRASA CRES.
Key Responsibilities:

• A 4-year Degree/ B Tech in Quantity Surveying /Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Building Science and Town Planning.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant Project Management experience in the construction and/or property industry is required, 5 years of which should be managerial experience.
• Registration with SACPCMP and other built environment professional bodies.
• Valid Drivers’ Licence
