MISSION: To lead and direct the operations of PRASA Technical and drive PRASA Group’s capital projects.
 
KEY OUTPUTS: • Develop, implement, and monitor a strategy for PRASA Technical • Provision of direction and oversight over the Division’s operations • Direct and oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management • Management of resources • Reporting, and advisory services.

MISSION: To direct and oversee the provision of all security services across the Group.
 
KEY OUTPUTS: • Develop Group Security Strategy, Charter and Policies • Lead and direct the provision of effective Group Security services • Management of Group Security resources • Provide expert security advisory services• Manage Stakeholder Relations • Reporting.
 
KNOWLEDGE: • Sound knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation and regulations, including RSR Standards, PSIRA, Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) and Minimum Physical Security Standards (MPSS) • Sound knowledge of the business environment, the relevant role players, and their key responsibilities • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of finance, human resource, supply chain and contract management • Proficiency in developing security mechanisms, protocols, and procedures.

KEY OUTPUTS: • Develop, implement, and monitor the PRASA CRES and Intersite SPV strategy • Provision of direction and oversight over the Division’s and Intersite operations • Direct and oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management • Management of resources • Reporting and advisory services.
 
KNOWLEDGE: • Business environment, the relevant role players within the property business and their key responsibilities and outcomes • Principles of property finance and the components involved in finance in general • Relevant legislation applicable to PRASA CRES • Property Investment • Knowledge of structuring of property development and investments proposals will be an added advantage.
