JOB SUMMARY

The Parliament of South Africa is seeking a capable and dynamic practitioner to serve as the Team Administrator in the Human Capital Division: Talent Management Section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, logistical, secretarial, research, and finance administration support to the Talent Management Office, supporting the effective implementation of talent management programmes, operational excellence, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

 

 


TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE:

A National Diploma in Human Resources/ Behavioural Science at an NQF level 6

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following:

  • HR Administration
  • Administration, including logistics, secretarial support, and record keeping.
  • Supporting research activities, including data collection
  • Assisting with finance administration tasks such as invoicing, expenses tracking or procurement.
  • Liaising, coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
