Introduction
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the interim CFO shall be responsible for providing professional and expert services in Financial and Cost Management accountings, Financial Sustainability, Financial Reporting and Supply Chain Management operations to OBP, as well as the provision of strategic support to the CEO in the management of financial objectives.
Job description
Strategic Planning and Management * Manage the selection and implementation of relevant systems, frameworks and initiatives that ensure delivery in line with the legislative framework and organisational objectives of OBP * People Management * Responsible for the overall leadership, direction and development of all staff within the division * Maintain a professional environment that sets the example for the business by living the OBP values every day * Financial Management for the Department * Provide strategic input and advice to the CEO and Board on the formulation of divisional budgets and forecasts * Lead the development of best practices to achieve the larger Operational financial goals * Responsible for overseeing that all organisational assets are managed and maintained to the company’s standards * Financial Planning and Budgeting * Monitor the financial performance of the Company against budgets and targets and ensure that the budget funds the strategy * Assess the operational requirements in relation to the financial needs * Financial Controls * Ensure the implementation of audit recommendations to minimise financial and business risks * Ensure the design, implementation and maintenance of a sound system of control to safeguard company assets * Financial services * Ensure that the accounting system is managed and controlled * Lead the management and provision of Supply Chain Management * Lead expenditure management * Lead the provision of Asset Management * Ensure and manage payroll Administration * Lead Cost Management * Lead Revenue Management * Audit oversight management * Investment Management * Manage and ensure the publishing of the annual financial statements for use by shareholders and other stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
Relevant qualification in Financial Management and a Registered Chartered Accountant (South Africa) NQF 8 * MBA or Equivalent Qualification is advantageous NQF 9 (Business Management) * Registration with SAICA as a Chartered Accountant South Africa * 10 Years’ experience within Financial Management, including 6 years in a Senior Manager role within a Financial Division. Manufacturing sector experience would be advantageous.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing human resources support to executives, managers and employees.
Job description
Oversee and manage the recruitment and talent management, labour relations, performance management, training & skills development function for OBP * Oversee and manage the administration of HR related matters such as leave utilisation, performance agreements and reviews, terminations, appointments, pension administration, medical aid and all other benefits applicable to OBP employees. * Provide appropriate advice on recruitment and selection process, assist managers and executive with shortlisting and interview process * Ensure compliance and implementation of performance management processes within OBP *Implement diversity management initiatives and drive employment equity within OBP. * Attend and/or chair relevant HR forums and provide reports and recommendations on outcomes * Monitor and report on HR statistics to drive business strategic objectives and decisions *Preparation and presentation of EXCO/MANCO/BOARD related reports * Promote and manage HR information systems within OBP * Implement strategic targets, performance management, and the required cascading of performance objectives in order to drive operational success * Responsible for creating an environment where staff are developed, engaged and successfully retained.
Minimum requirements
Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management NQF 7. *Additional degree or qualification in Employment Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management etc. will be advantageous NQF 6 *Minimum 5 years experience in a human resources environment of which 3 years must include supervisory experience. *Experience working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

A Paterson Grade D3 remuneration package will be offered that is commensurate with experience and qualification of the successful candidate.
