Nquthu Local Municipality (KZ 242) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following position:
 
Position : Human Resources Officer (Re-advertisement)
Salary : Task Grade 11 of the category 1 Municipality, plus Benefits such as Medical Aid, Pension Fund and 13th Cheque
Type of Contract : Permanent
Place of Work : Council Chambers

Key Requirements:
 National Diploma: Human Resources Management/ Public Management or relevant
NQF Level 6 qualifications
 Computer Literacy.
 A Valid Driver’s Licence.
 3 year relevant experience
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 Ability to deal with confidential information
 
Key Performance Areas
 Responsible for administration of employee & councillors benefits regarding leave, pension, medical aid etc.
 Capture all leave application information on the system & record books.
 Prepare adverts, arrange shortlisting & interviews
 Supply payroll on information regarding salary deductions, new employees, resignations etc.
 Responsible for all new appointments, resignations, retirements & ill health retirements.
 Arrange all Human Resources meetings & presentations.
 Compile & type monthly reports.
 Address all day to day general personnel requests & telephonic enquiries.
