REQUIREMENTS : Matric/Grade 12. Degree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6/7 as recognised by SAQA) in Public Administration or any other relevant, equivalent qualification. 0–2 years’ experience in the Housing Environment and experience in HSS. Valid driver’s License. Competencies/Knowledge/Skills: knowledge of HSS System, Housing Development Policy & Acts, PFMA Regulations, Computer skills especially MS Excel, Report Writing Skills, Human Resource Management. 
 
DUTIES : Authorize Captured Tittle Deeds Claims. Monitor the Verification Process of Title Deeds. Compile Tittle Deeds Register. Liaise with Municipalities, Regional offices, Conveyancers and Developers.
