Requirements:  * Basic qualification accredited with the SANC in terms of government notice 425 (i.e. Diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse plus a past-basic nursing qualification, with duration of at least I year, accredited with the SANC in terms. Government notice no R48 in the relevant speciality • A Minimum of 9 years' appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing • At least 5 years' Of the period referred to above must be appropriate/recognizable experience after obtaining the 1 year post basic qualification in the relevant speciality • Current proof of registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse must be attached • A valid driver's license • Computer literacy. 
 
 
Duties: • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices and how this impacts on service delivery • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Human Resource and Financial Policies and Practices • Ensure Clinical Nursing practice by the nursing team (unit) in accordance with the scope of practice and nursing standards as determined by the relevant health facility • Promote quality of nursing care as directed by the professional scope of practice and standards as determined by the relevant health facility • Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, other health professionals and junior colleagues • Ensure provision of quality health services • Work effectively and amicable, at a supervisory level with persons of intellectual, cultural, racial or religious differences • Overall management of the comprehensive care treatment programme Including ARV & PMTCT • Implement and monitor HCT • Ensure that the environment complies with the Health and Safety Act and infection control and prevention control policies.

Final salary will be determined by appropriate/recognizable experience In Nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing.
 
Requirements: • Basic qualification accredited with the SANC in terms of Government Notice 425 (i.e. diploma/degree in Nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse plus a post-basic Nursing qualification, with duration of at least 1 year, accredited with the SANC in terms of Government Notice No R 212 in the relevant speciality • Appropriate/recognizable nursing experience after registration as Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing • Current proof of registration with the South African Nursing Council of South Africa most be attached • A valid code 08 drivers' license will be an added advantage.
 
Duties:• Perform clinical nursing practice in accordance with the scope of practice and nursing standards • Promote quality nursing care as directed by the professional scope of practice and standards • Work effectively, co-operatively and amicably with persons of diverse intellectual, cultural, racial or religious differences • Plan and organize own work and that of support personnel to ensure proper nursing care • Display a concern for patients, promoting and advocating proper treatment and care, including awareness and willingness to respond to patient needs, requirements and expectations of Batho Pele Principles.

Requirements: • Appropriate Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Financial Management/Accounting or equivalent qualifications • At least 5 years' experience in Financial Management of which 3 years' must be at management level in Finance with strong technical accounting and excellent management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels • Act as Financial Manager of the Complex and responsible and accountable fat allocated budgets • Knowledge and understanding of Legislative Policy Framework, Procedures, Processes and Systems in the area of Finance • Knowledge, understanding and implementation of Methods, Practices, Policies, Regulations and Acts that governs financial management in the Public Service • Sound communication (written and verbal) • Management • Conflict resolution. Duties: • Compilation and monitoring of the Complex budget • Ensure effective and efficient management of creditor's • Prepare monthly expenditure variance report • Administer financial transactions and documents • Maintain a n effective and efficient cash flow management system • Monitor monthly collection of revenue against target • Prevent and report unauthorized, irregular, fruitless & wasteful expenditure • Monitor financial performance in relation to departmental priorities & conditional grants • Develop and maintain effective internal control systems • Ensure the financial services delivery and quality targets are met in terms of comprehensive hospital-based health services, ensure quality management • Compile the reports to the management • Analyze the reports and came up with the quality improvement plans • Ensure that committees are established and functional • E.g. Duties: • Manage the KPAS of Subordinates. Allocate the Doctors to the Department and rotate as required • Plan and control the continued Professional Development Programme fur Doctors and auxiliary health services of the Hospital • Be responsible for Doctors orientation and Clinical Department Training Plan • Responsible for the Inability and mortality and the ethics reviews • Handle complaints of the Medical nature • Develop multi professional teams • Implement top management decisions • Implement the national, provincial health development goals and objectives • Oversee and control the monthly call rooster and account for commuted overtime of Doctors • Compile the monthly statistics, utilize data for decision making • Ensure that the NTSG and HPTG business plans targets are met • Chair and co-ordinate numerous Commiitees, e.g. patient safety groups (PSG). clinical health meetings, etc.
