Supervising and controlling the Trade Effluent Section through operating as pollution law enforcement officers, calculating the charge factors of the Budget and Treasury Business Unit to recover revenue to effluent treatment services rendered to the industries, conducting accurate assessment of industrial effluent strength and volume discharge, monitoring public pollution control, and issuing permits and monitoring industry to ensure compliance in terms of Water Services By-Law.
