The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) was established on 1 September 2008 in accordance with the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act. It is an agency of the dti, established to administer compulsory specifications and other technical regulations with the view to protect human health and safety, the environment and to ensure fair trade, in accordance with Government policies and guidelines. It is the NRCS intention to promote equity through the filling of posts, according to set Employment Equity targets. Purpose: To improve organisational and employee effectiveness through planned change in processes and systems.

- Participate in the Compilation of the HCM Strategy, Risk and Cost Management initiatives

Requirements/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
- 5 years working experience in Organisation Development, systems and change management interventions, assessment experience will be advantageous
Knowledge & Skills: Very Good Knowledge of Human Resource Performance Metrics and Analysis; Very Good Knowledge of Change Management Principles and Methodologies; Very Good Knowledge of Organisational Design and Alignment Methodologies; Very Good Knowledge of Employment Equity Act and Diversity Management; Good Knowledge of Labour Legislation, HR Prescript and Best Practice; Good Knowledge of Assessment Protocols; Presentation skills; Report writing skills; Continuous improvement; Research skills; Analysis skills; Mentoring and coaching; Assessment skills; Relationship Building; In-depth knowledge of quality management systems; Training facilitation skills
