Operate office equipment like fax machine and photo copier. Collect all relevant documents to enable the manager to perform their duties. Ensure e effective flow of information and documents to and from the office of the manager. Attend to subsistence and travel claims. Provide support the manager regarding meetings. Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings when required.

DUTIES : Provide administrative and specialised and procurement support to the NPA. Capture and compile requests for procurement for approval. Liaise with internal and external clients. Ensure compliance to Treasury regulations, PFMA and internal prescripts.Respond to all queries. Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by your supervisor.
