POST(S): PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
SALARY: R 257 508.00 per annum, excluding benefits
SALARY LEVEL: 07
CENTRE: Groenkloof
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To effectively execute the supply chain management functions including the implementation of policies and procedures
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement SCM regulations in accordance with rules and regulations • Provide monitoring and evaluation mechanisms/tools for the overall performance of the SCM system • Coordinate the process of awarding of tenders • Develop SCM risk profile • Procure Store items
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: National Management/SCM/Logistics Diploma/B.Degree in Financial Accounting/Public
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 year Supply Chain Management/Logistic Management experience in private or public sector
TRAINING: Computer Literacy: MS Office package

POST(S): LEGAL ADVISOR: PROSECUTIONS
SALARY: R 376 596.00 per annum (Salary level 9), excluding benefits
CENTRE: Pretoria (Groenkloof)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To conduct the National Consumer Commission prosecution on behalf of the National Consumer Commission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide assistance in prosecution of all contravention of the ACT in the Tribunal • Assess and prepare cases for the Tribunal • Represent the National Consumer Commission at the Tribunal and other court hearings • Provide assistance in the development and maintenance of a database of tribunal decisions/orders • Stakeholder management • Provide assistance in the review of protocols and standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: National Diploma/B.Degree in Law or equivalent qualification and EB driver's licence. Admission as an Attorney/Advocate.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years Legal Administrative experience in private or public sector.
TRAINING: Computer Literacy: MS Office Package Literacy, project management and knowledge of regulatory framework.
