DUTIES : Manage the infrastructure portfolio of the Department. Ensure the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, assessment and co-ordination of policy and systems for the rendering of physical resource- and facilities management services in the Province. DUTIES : Manage the flow of documents and correspondences. Provide a secretarial role at Executive Management meetings. Coordinate and consolidate all relevant documentation for the HOD including strategic plans, budgets and reports.
