DUTIES : Manage and oversee the rendering of all legal advisory and litigation services to the Department. DUTIES : Conduct research related to strategic planning and formulate and review a clear strategic plan for the Department within the MTEF. Manage the promotion of integrated development planning and partnerships with all stakeholders involved in the reconstruction and development of education. Facilitate programmes alignment within the department, as well as the planning, monitoring and assessment of progress regarding the provincial programmes. DUTIES : Manage and give strategic direction to the Supply Chain Management Unit.
