ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: CURRICULUM MANAGER X 1 Permanent 
REF NO: CC1/03/2021 
SALARY NOTCH: R 470 040 per annum 
 
Requirements: Recognised National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in Education or related qualification. Teacher’s qualification and SACE registration, 5 years’ experience in TVET College sector. 3 years’ management experience in Curriculum delivery for TVET College sector. Must have proven understanding of DHET’s & College strategic vision and priorities; be knowledgeable of academic policies and legislation governing TVET Colleges in South Africa; A valid driver’s license. Computer literate certificate which includes MS Office package. Knowledge of PSET and CET Act. Knowledge of Teaching and Learning. Knowledge of Skills Development Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Service Act and Labour Relations Act. Knowledge of the Public TVET sector, Education Act. Skills: Administrative, planning and organising, financial management, report writing, communication and interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, client oriented, project management, team leadership and people management. Values/Attributes: Client service focus, integrity, committed, proactive, loyal, ethical. 
 
 
Duties: Oversee and manage all curriculum support activities to learning and teaching sites. Oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of curriculum services. Oversee Academic Management Oversee Curriculum Management and Administration Services. Ensure provision of guidance for improvement of curriculum content and delivery based on engagement with public and private industry stakeholders. Analyse assessment and examination results and develop and manage the campus and college improvement plan. Provide and manage development of learning materials. Manage human and human resource development, financial and other resources of the unit. meaningful participation and support of the College Academic Board and provide strategic leadership regarding the proficient delivery of all College programmes offering. 
Liaising with all staff e.g: Heads of Departments regarding tools; monitor the moderation process in all levels, Lead, coordinate, and facilitate the implementation. 
 
 
 
 
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT X 1 Permanent 
REF NO: CC2/03/2021 
SALARY NOTCH: R376 596 per annum 
 
Requirements: Recognised National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Finance related qualification. 3 years Managerial/Supervisory experience in the field of Supply Chain or financial environment. Firm knowledge of CET Act, Income Tax Act, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Treasury regulations, Supply Chain Management Framework and other relevant legislation. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, Ethical and integrity, Planning, organising and negotiating skills, Analysis and problem solving skills. Commercial Awareness and Customer Service Orientation, Assertive, resilient and flexible 
Financial and budgetary competence. Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel at times. 
 
Duties: Developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relations. Facilitating education and communication of supply chain policies and procedures to the entire organisation and external stakeholders 
Management of tendering process. Management of the entire SCM processes including quotations 
Management of fleet management services. Management and monitoring of contracts. Managing and maintaining data quality in ensuring that all suppliers are registered. Ensuring compliance to policy and procedure 
Manage information/reporting. Review Supply Chain policies in accordance with new updates/changes 
Capacity building and information sharing. Teamwork – engage other units to adhere to SCM processes, policies and procedures. Self-development – keep up with the latest job related information. 
 
 
 
 
JUNIOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR x 1-year Contract 
REF: SVD1//03/2021 
SALARY NOTCH: R163 563 – R192 666 per annum 
 
Requirements: An appropriate recognized N6 Certificate or Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Administration. Working experience in learnerships/ Apprenticeships’ will be an added advantage. Computer literacy. Have a valid Driver’s license and be able to drive. 
 
Duties: Implementation, administration and coordinating of learner ships and apprenticeship programme. Recordkeeping of all occupational programmes documents. Procurement of all the projects requirements. Administration of learners ‘monthly stipend. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Assisting with work placement of learners. Arrange Trade Test preparation and Trade Test assignments. Registration of programmes, learners with relevant quality assurance. Uploading learners’ records on quality assurance system. Any other work relating to occupational programmes.
