Mopani Technical and Vocational Education and Training College has a temporary vacancy for dynamic results driven, innovative and sound communicative individuals to join Sir Val Duncan Campus in Namakgale Township.
 
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR x 1-year Contract
REF: SVD1//10/2022
SALARY NOTCH: R261 372 – R307 890 per annum

Requirements: An appropriate recognized National Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Management. At least two (2) years working experience in administering Occupational Programmes. Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have a valid Driver’s license and be able to drive. Project Management Certificate will be an added advantage.
 
Duties: Recruitment of students for Occupational Programmes. Registration of students on Coltech/SETAS/QCTO/Quality Assurance System. Induction of students under Project Section. Applying funding from envisage funders. Arranging venues/classes/workshops for learning intervention. Identifying and securing host employers for work placement of students. Uploading and achieving students on Coltech/SETAs/QCTO. Assist in application for accreditation. Arranging assessments and moderations (internal & external) for learning programmes. Procuring of tools, consumables, equipment and PPEs when required. Record keeping of programmes information including students’ database, registers, implementation plans etc. Occupational programmes matters. Application of trade test from QCTO. Liaising with stakeholders on Occupational Programmes matters with facilitators. Supervision of work done by Junior Project Administrator.
