INTERNAL ADVERT FOR DATA CAPTURER POSITIONS 

 

Mnambithi TVET College would like to invite the unemployed youth to fulfil the role of Data Capturers for the Second Semester of the 2026 academic year enrolments in all Campuses and Open Learning.

 

DATA CAPTURERS POSITIONS - NO. OF POSITIONS

ESTCOURT CAMPUS - 3 posts

LADYSMITH CAMPUS - 4 posts

EZAKHENI A CAMPUS - 4 posts

OPEN LEARNING - 2 posts

 

 Tariff: R96.66 per hour 

Duration: 3 weeks (07 July 2026-24 July 2026) 

Requirements

 Grade 12/ Senior Certificate or equivalent, plus a relevant recognised post matric qualification. 

 Good interpersonal and communication skills 

 Knowledge of Ms packages ( MS word/Ms Excel, Access and PowerPoint) is essential 

 At least one year working experience in data capturing 

 

Duties:

 Capture, update and maintain all relevant student information on the Coltech system 

 Capture student registration information accurately 

 Keep and update statistics with regards to student registrations 

 Manage the flow and file information 

 Compile registration reports where necessary
