2019 BURSARY APPLICATION FORM FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE MINING AND MINERALS SECTOR

Please READ carefully the CRITERIA and INSTRUCTIONS below before completing, signing and submitting the application form. Failure to follow the instructions in the form will result in the application being disqualified.
CRITERIA
1. The bursary is only available South African Citizens.
2. The bursary is only available to applicants who want to pursue their studies at a South African university and university of technology. Applications to study at a private institution will not be considered.
3. The awarding of the bursary is at the sole discretion of the MQA and communication will only be entered into with the pre-selected candidates. The MQA also reserves the right not to award a bursary to any pre-selected candidate(s).
4. Successful candidates will be required to enter into a tripartite bursary contractual agreement signed between the candidate, the employer and the MQA.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ensure that this form is completed in full, and in BLOCK LETTERS. An application form that is incomplete, and submitted with incomplete supporting documents, disqualified.
2. The application form must be submitted TOGETHER with all the required supporting documents.
3.Completed application forms with the required supporting documents can be hand-delivered at, or posted to, any of the address indicated on page.
4. Late / faxed / e-mailed application forms will NOT be considered.
