DUTIES

-Protect Citizens by Enforcing the Law, Preventing Crime by means of constant patrols and apprehending suspect. - Apprehends suspects by responding to complaints and calls for help, observing violations, and making arrests. - Respond to Stolen and High-jacked vehicles activated through Tracker SA. - Responding to all SNIPR activated notifications from Control room. DUTIES

-Assists the Mechanic with daily duties as instructed. -Service, identify and repair faults on electronically controlled systems such as electronic fuel injection and electric ignition. REQUIREMENTS

-Grade 10. - Grade 12 (added advantage). - Valid Driver’s License (added advantage). - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual). - Ability to follow & execute given instructions. - Good physical health, basic skill & know how of doing physical work. - A hard-working self-disciplined person. – Preference will be given to residents that reside within the jurisdiction of Midvaal Local Municipality. - 01-year relevant experience in general work related to Electrical Section within Local Government Authority.

 

DUTIES

-Responsible for loading and off-loading of materials and equipment of the section with protected hands and safety tools. - Put out traffic signs to worn traffic about workers next to municipal roads during excavation of work. - Clean in and around the working area of responsibility with broom and various manual labour equipment tools to ensure clean environment. - Do any labour related work when requested by either the supervisor or the superintendent of the section. - Execution of all legal instructions from the supervisor to ensure productivity and smooth running of the section. - Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.
