Job Description
Responsible for providing an independent and objective assessment on the effectiveness and efficiency of LGSETA’s Operational and Financial audits specifically its internal control and outputs to achieve approved audit operational plan and any special/ad hoc projects. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting all audits from planning, execution, reporting and follow-up as allocated by Internal Audit Manager in line with approved Internal Audit Methodology and IIA Standards.
- Minimum: B degree in Internal Audit/ Business Administration or related qualification
- A minimum of 6 years’ relevant proven Internal Audit experience
- A minimum of 5 years relevant proven Annual Financial Statement Audit Reviews within the Public Sector.
- Ideal: 2 years’ seta experience

Job Description
The key purpose of this position is to understand the business requirements of the organisation and determine the most effective and cost efficient manner of meeting these from an application perspective. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to design business information systems, incorporate new technical systems to improve organisation processes, efficiency, and effectiveness. The analyst is also expected to identify options for improving and bridging the needs of the business, technical understanding of the system being analysed and how it affects the various business units. The business analyst must liaise with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of LGSETA and to recommend solutions that enable LGSETA to achieve its goals. Very important is the ability to maintain current knowledge of the rapidly changing computer technology environment
Minimum: Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field (NQF level 7), Business Analysis Certification, project Management certification.
Ideal: B-degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, or related field (NQF level 7) and Business Analysis Certification
Four to six years of general business analysis experience required, in two industries within a consulting environment (i.e., working on projects for external clients) in a Windows or Open Systems environment.
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills
Five or more years of project analysis experience.
