JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the camera operator, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining camera focus on the subject during news and programmes production, television or live events.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Reviews footage to ensure that it is of good quality for use in post-production.
2. Ensures that the camera is properly focused and exposed during filming.
3. Prepares props and sets up equipment for shoots, as directed by the director or producer.
4. Operates a video camera during filming and recording video footage.
5. Keeps track of all camera equipment during production.
6. Installs and removes equipment used during filming.
7. Determines appropriate lighting throughout the shoot.
8. Sets up the camera equipment and operate cameras during auditions, interviews, filming, or other similar events.
9. Reports all equipment problems to the Camera Operator.
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Ability to communicate effectively with other crew members and the director of the show.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of TV Production Editor I, the incumbent assists on post-production projects for television or film, edits programmes and news including reviewing raw footage, logging each shot into the database for easy access, compiles requested footage, prepares the editing equipment and software, and loads up the videos before editing begins.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Edits short-form video content (programme logos and promos) in a variety of styles daily.
2. Ingests, formats, and syncs incoming raw footage.
3. Creates video assets for social platforms.
4. Creates title graphics and thumbnails.
5. Manages media of all footage and files.
6. Participates in news meetings and story ideation brainstorm sessions.
7. Coordinates post-production, including preparing graphics and publishing video stories.
8. Creates and logs project files.
9. Inserts subtitles and syncs audio files.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Producer, a TV news reporter collects and analyzes information of interest to the public. The job entails identifying, researching, writing news stories and logging video clips that are necessary for a television news bulletin.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Generates Stories
1.1 A TV news reporter generates story ideas, cover news events and breaking stories.
1.2 Looks for unique, relevant and urgent topics to bring to the public.
1.3 Develops interesting new angles of stories that have already been covered.
2. Conducts Interviews
2.1 Conducts interviews to be broadcast live and/or recorded.
2.2 Conducts prior research to ask interesting questions about the interview subject.
2.3 Collects information on relevant topics to report accurate and timely news.
2.4 Contacts information sources, make follow-ups on leads, fact-check findings and writes them for broadcast.
3. Reports on- air
3.1 Reports live from events as they unfold or records and edits material to create pre-recorded items.
4. Video Logging
4.1 Communicates with the cameraman on the footage required for a news item and selects appropriate clips for a news bulletin.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Programmes Officer, the Programme Assistant is responsible for Radio shifts, preparation of radio programmes production and presentation of the radio programmes.
MAIN DUTIES
5. Interviews guests in the studio, by telephone or on location.
6. Liaises with other members of production and technical team.
7. Provides links between programmes.
8. Develops content for the radio programme.
