2. SENIOR MANAGER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management/Commerce/Business Administration with focus on SCM practices.
Experience: Five years' middle management experience in related field preferable public sector management experience.

Main Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the implementation of SCM System • Ensure effective management of demand management and acquisition of goods and services • Ensure provisioning of logistics management and contract management services • Ensure effective management of assets and efficient loss control systems • Manage and ensue monitoring of SCM performance and risk • Ensure provisioning of advice and the development of policies , procedure manuals and best practice on SCM, asset management and loss control to clients • Ensue effective and efficient management of all allocated resources.

Knowledge: ICT service management; Corporate governance of ICT; ICT Strategy and Policy development; Working knowledge of SLA's; SAP; Microsoft and Computer literate at intermediate level.
Main Responsibilities: • Design and implement IT infrastructure architecture that will be able compatible with systems and services used by the institution • Management of ICT technical support and provision ofICT services within the institution • Management of Microsoft backend environment and variety of network infrastructure technologies • Management of ICT infrastructure environment changes, risks and ensures ICT services continuity • Develop and implement ICT security policies, standards and procedures • Provide and manage ICT assets and software licenses in line with ICT policies and defined IT architecture of the institution• Design and manage the telecommunication system • Management of outsourced ICT services and their service level agreements to ensure value for money.
