DUTIES/ KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Grant, renew, amend or transfer operating licenses as well as conversion of permits for different services. Consider all applications for withdrawal, suspension or amendment of operating licenses and permits (Section 79). Ensure all appeals and litigation matters pertaining to Public Transport Regulatory Services are responded to and attended within stipulated timeframes. Prepare and submit management report on all activities within the scope of work.
It should be noted that employees to serve on the PRE-Adjudication should be impartial in terms of Section 13 of the National Transport Act. 2009 No 5 of 2009 (NLTA).
