Give support and render advice to staff regarding procedures, requirements and general prescripts. Provide support and advice during the moderations and quality assure stages of the performance cycles. Advise line managers and staff on the implantation of the departmental recognition and reward framework. Manage the collection of data and the compilation of a variety of reports and statistics on activities to various stakeholders.
