COORDINATOR – AUXILIARY SERVICES
SALARY: R329 970.00 – R428 323.50
TASK GRADE: 12
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:                                   
NQF 6 qualification in Public Administration or equivalent;  
Computer literacy is essential;
Advanced MS Excel skills is essential;
Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa);
Excellent English writing skills
Must have at least 3 years Auxiliary (Call Centre, Municipal experience Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services) administrative experience in a Corporate or Municipal Environment. 
Valid drivers license.
 
DUTIES: To coordinate and implement administrative tasks associated with the implementation of procedures and programs within the Auxiliary Services section (Cleaning, Call-Centre, Municipal Buildings Maintenance, Office Furniture and Equipment); including administration of telephones, cell phones, 3 G Data cards, printers, etc.;
Generating transactional/ instructional based documentation and reports.
