- Nated Diploma in Civil Engineering or related equivalent
- 3- 5 years’ relevant experience
- Valid Code EB Driver’s License
- Computer Literacy: MS Office
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Co-ordinate and control the construction, repair and maintenance of roads, tar sidewalks and storm water drainage systems
- Co-ordinate and control tasks/ activities associated with controlling personnel performance, productivity and discipline
- Performs specific administrative tasks/ activities associated with operations within area
- Draws up operational work plans and maintenance programs
- Supervision over subordinate staff
- Works independently within works/ maintenance program and with regular report-backs to the Manager
- Ensures a safe and healthy work environment for employees within the section

- Trade related qualification: Operators certificate/ Wastewater Treatment practice (N3)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Monitor and Control procedural applications associated with the operations and functionality of waste water treatment plants
- Co-ordinate specific administrative and reporting requirements associated with the key performance and result indicators of the functionality

- Demonstrated knowledge and exposure to process functionally Waste Treatment Plant/ Waste Water Treatment Works and associated installations
- Demonstrated knowledge and exposure to plant performance and system functionality and recording and reporting outcomes
