SENIOR MANAGER INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY 
Employment Status: Permanent 
Department: Chief Operations Office 
 
Purpose of the Job: Responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing, and implementing information technology initiatives that align with Joshco’s overall mission and vision. 
 
Responsibilities (but not limited to the following): 
• Analyze Joshco’s current technology infrastructure and align with the business plans. 
• Ensure alignment with the Organizations technology framework and processes. 
• Ensure the development of a comprehensive IT/Technology strategy. 
• Establish and direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures for information technology. 
• Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan 
• Assess and make recommendations on the improvement of or re-engineering of IT Organization and Smart Systems for JOSHCO Projects 
• Ensure effective corporate governance with ISO, COBIT, ITIL and MFMA/PFMA as basis 
• Ensure continuous delivery of IT Services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance. 
• Define and communicate corporate plans, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating IT Systems. 
• Develop the annual continuous service improvement plan (CSIP) for ICT in response to customer views and ensure continuous improvement in the services delivered. 
• Oversee Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
• To manage, update, implement the ICT Disaster Recovery Plan and ICT Infrastructure management system 
• To provide administrative support to the IT Steering Committee 
• Maintain the IT Risk register, ensuring enterprise-wide risk and compliance 
• Ensure the development of a high-performance team through embedding formal Performance Development 
 
Minimum job Requirements, interested applicants must be in possession of: 
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Information Technology (NQF Level 7) 
• Certification in information security is a must. 
• A Post Graduate Qualification is advantageous. 
• MCSE/ ITILV4 will be advantageous. 
• Experience in strategic planning, execution, and information security. 
• Certificate in MFMA or CMPD in line with minimum regulations on competency level of 2007 or NSG SMS Certificate will be advantageous 
• Proven 7-10 years’ experience within an IT Position of which at least 3 years must be at managerial level 
• Thorough knowledge of applicable ICT related legislation and regulations 
 
Skills and Competencies 
• General Management skills – Strategic thinker, Relationship Management, Analytical, Deadline driven, Excellent Verbal and written communication skills 
• Technical Knowledge and skills – Microsoft server environment, IT Technical Support, IT Governance, IT Risk Management and Project and Programme Management.

OFFICE ATTENDANTS X 5 
Employment Status : Permanent 
Department : Corporate Services 
 
Purpose of the Job: The Office Attendant is responsible for maintaining a hygienic and hospitable working environment by keeping the office building clean and tidy and serving refreshments. The Office Attendant also assists with collection and delivery of correspondence. As well as performs some administrative duties. 
 
Responsibilities (but not limited to the following): 
• To ensure that the offices, meeting Rooms, bathrooms and communal areas are clean and presentable and prepare and serve refreshments as and when required meeting the regulations pertaining to COVID 19 at all times. 
• Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping fittings and ceiling vents, blinds etc.. 
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as required. 
• -Safe storage of office cleaning materials and other stock 
• Stock taking of all stock 
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities, keeping such documentation in an evidence file for performance appraisals. 
• Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned and prepared when required 
• Handle and store cleaning materials according to Safety Health and Environmental policy 
• Maintain adequate supply of cleaning stock, refreshments, and other items. 
• Report deficiencies and need for repairs proactively 
• Perform any other tasks as may be required 
• Serve refreshments as per request for visitors and management 
• Assist to prepare order list of stock 
• Store refreshments appropriately 
• Maintain kitchen areas hygienically throughout the day 
• Maintain Bathrooms hygienically throughout the day 
 
Minimum job Requirements, interested applicants must be in possession of: 
• Minimum of a grade 10 or equivalent is required 
• Cleaning certificate NQF level (compulsory) 
• Health and Safety Certificate Advantageous) 
• Knowledge of handling machinery and equipment 
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

SECURITY SUPERVISOR X 2 
Employment Status: Permanent 
Department: Corporate Services 
 
Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Security Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to oversee the activities of the security shift which provides safety and protects all visitors, employees, and company assets. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries, thefts, and any other security breaches. Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Investigate incidences and / or complaints and compile a report. 
 
Responsibilities (but not limited to the following): 
Protection of assets 
• Ensure the protection of company assets, employees, tenants as well as visitors
• Conduct investigations of incidences and reporting 
• Ensure that the OB is completed to the set standard 
• Assume the role of a health and safety representative 
 
Management of staff 
• Daily management of staff including the contract security service providers 
• Ensure staff discipline is in place 
• Assist the Security Manager in the administration of rostering, allocation, and the management of leave 
• Ensure staff attend all compulsory trainings 
• Provide on the job training to all subordinates 
• Ensure that company policies are adhered to 
• Performance management

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role 
• A Qualification in Security Management 
• Registration with Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (Grade B Minimum) 
• Must have a driver’s license 
• Computer literacy 
• Report writing
